Hong Kong Land Kai Yuen model
A professional architectural model for a complex land development, with dense low-rise fabric, landmark towers and facade colours finished by our senior colourists.
Kai Yuen packs a dense low-rise neighbourhood around a cluster of lit towers. The challenge was legibility: hundreds of small buildings had to read as one coherent district. Our colourists built a restrained palette of warm stone tones, then let the lit towers and glass atrium carry the drama.
Highlights
- Hundreds of individually finished low-rise buildings
- Restrained, colour-matched palette
- Feature towers with internal lighting
- Sunken presentation table with LED edge
